It was not raining. Not that I was there. Or heard anything. Or didn't hear anything.Anyway, your neighbor is either dead or slovenly.
I'm sure she's fine. But that makes me think of our neighbor, who has a box outside her door in the hall where she stores her shoes. HER SHOES! I mean, gosh lady, I know you live in a studio but the hallway is not for storage. Harumph.
